Analyze user behavior with tracking, statistics and heat maps (tableau & snowplow, Hotjar). Using continuous discovery to deeply understand user problems and explore opportunities.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to involve the whole product team in the discovery and understand all assumptions or hypotheses with confidence ratings, creating journey maps & user flows and sketch first wireframes to get a shared understanding about possible solutions.

Planning, conducting and analyzing UX research: 
moderated and unmoderated user tests, user interviews, usability tests, surveys, NPS, card sorting, diary study, shadowing, co-creating,...  

Presenting all findings and research results to the company, to spread awareness of the benefits of UX research. Share knowledge in our research hub and present UX methods to the teams with "discovery talks".

Understand the users problem before solving it. Constantly testing with users and potential customers in our own user test lab with eye tracking, and conducting regularly user speed testing sessions mostly based on low fidelity prototypes or ideas to validate with real users. 


Always ask why and what is the problem we solve with this to create hypotheses, rate the confidence and validate assumptions with data. 

Design user flows, mockups, prototypes and align with the UI design to create high quality deliverables for the developers.


Optimize conversion rates with A/B testings and usability testings with real websites or interactive high and low fidelity prototypes. Analyze users behavior with heat maps, tracking, user session recordings and fake door tests to explore more possible opportunities.
